Carl and Ellis began with a search for a place of their own near Silves. On a former orange grove, that dream became Casa Norte and Casa Sul—homes made with care, natural materials and a deep affection for this landscape.

Made for an effortless stay.
ROOM TO UNWIND
Each villa sleeps six in three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, plus a separate guest toilet. One bedroom has a double bed; the other two have single beds that can be joined together. Casa Norte sits at the rear of the estate; Casa Sul is at the front. Both are detached, with exclusive use of their own spaces.
EVERYDAY COMFORTS
Air conditioning in the living room and every bedroom, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi and a TV with Netflix. Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine and utility room. Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, beach towels and beach bags are provided, along with a safe and an iron with ironing board.
YOUR OWN OUTDOOR SPACE
A private pool, terrace, sun loungers, lawn and barbecue at each villa, with space to enjoy both sun and shade. Table tennis and pétanque make for relaxed afternoons together. Each home offers around 140 m² of living space on a plot of approximately 1,500 m², with parking on the premises.
FAMILIES & FOUR-LEGGED GUESTS
A baby cot and high chair are listed for both homes, alongside outdoor space for children to play. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement—please confirm when booking. Please note the house-specific group policy: Casa Sul does not accept youth groups under 26; Casa Norte does not accept youth groups under 28.
A LITTLE FURTHER AFIELD
Restaurants are around 2–6 km away, with Silves and its supermarkets about 6 km away and golf courses around 10 km away. Discover Silves Castle, the beaches of Carvoeiro and Praia da Marinha, or walking routes towards Monchique.
